1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Keypay Gold services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

• Keypay Gold provides gold-based investment services
• Benefits are based on gold price movements, not guaranteed returns
• Investment range: ₹1,000 to ₹10,00,000
• One-time membership fee: ₹4,999

3. User Eligibility

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be Indian resident
• Must provide valid PAN card and bank details
• Must complete profile activation

4. Investment Terms

• No guaranteed returns or fixed interest
• Benefits based on 22K gold price movement
• Maximum monthly benefit cap: 6%
• Investment amount is locked and cannot be withdrawn
• Only earnings can be withdrawn

5. Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal: ₹100
• Maximum withdrawal: ₹49,999 per day
• Only 1 withdrawal per day allowed
• Verified bank account and PAN card required
• Admin approval required for all withdrawals

6. Referral Program

• Promotional membership bonus up to 100 levels
• Level 1: 5%, Level 2: 2%, Level 3: 1%
• Level 4-100: 0.001% each
• Self activation bonus: 10%

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts
• Providing false information
• Attempting to manipulate the system
• Using automated tools or bots

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Non-compliance with KYC requirements

9. Disclaimers

• This is NOT a fixed interest return scheme
• Benefits depend on gold market movements
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Invest only what you can afford to lose

10. Dispute Resolution

• All disputes based on IBJA/MCX official rates
• System-generated statements are final
• Contact support for any issues

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
