• Investment Deposits: Cannot be refunded once converted to gold weight
• Gold Conversion: Investment amount is immediately converted to 22K gold weight
• Withdrawal Option: Only earnings/benefits can be withdrawn, not principal investment
• Market Risk: Investment value fluctuates with gold prices

• Payment Gateway Failures: Automatic refund within 5-7 business days
• Double Charges: Excess amount refunded within 7-10 business days
