2. Investment Amount Policy
- Investment Deposits: Cannot be refunded once converted to gold weight
- Gold Conversion: Investment amount is immediately converted to 22K gold weight
- Withdrawal Option: Only earnings/benefits can be withdrawn, not principal investment
- Market Risk: Investment value fluctuates with gold prices
3. Failed Transaction Refunds
- Payment Gateway Failures: Automatic refund within 5-7 business days
- Double Charges: Excess amount refunded within 7-10 business days
- Technical Errors: Manual verification and refund if applicable
